How does it work?+
You choose a package, complete a song brief, tell us about the person and occasion, choose your preferred style, and we create a personalised digital song from your answers.
Can I choose the genre?+
Yes. You can choose from pop, acoustic, country, R&B, piano ballad, dance, musical theatre and more.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery is usually 5–7 working days. Express delivery is usually 48–72 hours when the Express package is selected.
What format will I receive?+
Your song will be delivered digitally as an MP3 file by email.
Can I request changes?+
Premium and Express packages include one small revision — minor lyric, wording or pronunciation changes. It does not include a full remake in a completely different style.
Can I use the song commercially?+
No. Songs are supplied for personal use only unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Will my song sound exactly like a famous artist?+
No. You can share artists or songs as inspiration, but we do not copy existing songs, lyrics, melodies or vocals.
Do you use AI?+
We may use a combination of human creative direction, digital tools and AI-assisted production software to help create your personalised song. Every order is guided by the details you provide and tailored to your brief.
Can I get a refund?+
Because each song is personalised and made to order, refunds are not available once production has started unless there is a technical fault with the delivered file.
