How your song is delivered

Every personalised song is delivered digitally as an MP3 file by email to the address you provide at checkout. There is no physical product and no postage.

Delivery timeframes

  • Essential Personalised Song: 5–7 working days.
  • Premium Personalised Song: 5–7 working days.
  • Express Premium Personalised Song: 48–72 hours.

Delivery times begin once payment and the full song brief have been received. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Wrong email or non-delivery

Please double-check your email address before paying. If your finished MP3 does not arrive within the expected window, check your junk/spam folder first and then contact hello@bespokemelody.com with your order number and we will re-send it.
